The Missing Blueprint of Breathing
Fix What Everyone Got Wrong!
Unlock the Power of Full-Body Breathing with the Most Comprehensive Course on Breathing Anatomy
Are you breathing shallowly without even realizing it? If you take more than 8 breaths per minute at rest, chances are, your breath is too shallow. This is a modern-day epidemic that affects nearly everyone—and it’s keeping you from experiencing the profound benefits of deep, full-body breathing.
Breathing is More Than Just O2 In and CO2 Out
Breathing isn’t just about oxygen intake and carbon dioxide release—it’s a cornerstone of your overall health. Proper, deep breathing improves digestion, boosts metabolism, enhances circulation (including blood and cerebrospinal fluid), and even helps you align your posture effortlessly.
For centuries, cultures around the world have recognized the power of breathwork for health and vitality. But to truly unlock its potential, you need a structured understanding of the breathing mechanism’s hierarchy—knowledge you won’t find anywhere else.
What Makes This Course Unique?
This is the most extensive breathing anatomy course available, created out of necessity because this vital information simply wasn’t available elsewhere. As far as I know (and please correct me if you can find it), no other course explains the hierarchy of the breathing mechanism in the way this one does.
This isn’t just theory—it’s a practical guide that will transform how you breathe and how you live.

About Fabrice Piché
Master Qigong Instructor and Practitioner of Chinese Medicine, Medical Qigong, and Acupuncture
---
Professional Background
Fabrice Piché is a dedicated Qigong master and practitioner of Chinese Medicine with over 25 years of experience in holistic health. His journey began in 1997 in Montreal, Canada, at the National Institute of Chinese Medicine, where he studied under its President François Caron. Completing a rigorous three-year program, Fabrice graduated in Qigong and Chinese Massage Therapy. He then served as François's assistant for an additional year, deepening his expertise and practical skills.
In 2009, seeking to expand his knowledge in the medical applications of Qigong, Fabrice commenced training with Bernard Shannon at the International Institute of Medical Qigong, Overseas College of Medical Qigong of Henan University of Chinese Medicine in Palm Desert, California. He earned his Master of Medical Qigong degree in September 2011, enhancing his proficiency in healing modalities and therapeutic practices.
Continuing his commitment to Chinese Medicine, Fabrice pursued studies in acupuncture at the Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine from 2022 to 2024. This education deepened his understanding of the nuanced differences between Medical Qigong and Acupuncture treatment methodologies. By comprehending these distinctions, Fabrice is better equipped to teach Medical Qigong to Acupuncturists, effectively bridging the gap between these complementary healing practices.
Mentorship with Professor Lin Housheng
In September 2011, Fabrice had the exceptional opportunity to study privately with Professor Lin Housheng at his residence in Los Angeles. Professor Lin is internationally renowned as the creator of Taiji Qigong Shibashi, the 18-movement Qigong form practiced worldwide by millions of people. He gained prominence in China and Southeast Asia during the 1980s for his scientific research demonstrating the material existence of Qi, including collaborative work with nuclear physicist Gu Hansen and performing over 40 Qigong anesthesia procedures at Shanghai No. 8 People’s Hospital.
Recognizing Fabrice's dedication and skill, Professor Lin officially appointed him and François Caron in February 2012 as his representatives for Canada and France. This appointment included a mission to rectify transformations that had occurred in the dissemination of Taiji Qigong Shibashi in the West and to preserve the authenticity of the system. Professor Lin also authorized them to teach the Shaolin Qigong techniques used for Qi projection in healing and anesthesia.
Public Acknowledgment and International Demonstration
In October 2013, as Chairperson of the Qigong Skills Demonstration at the 12th Shanghai International Symposium on Qigong Science, Professor Lin publicly acknowledged Fabrice and François as his indoor students and disciples. Inviting them to perform alongside him, they demonstrated the Taiji Qigong Shibashi Jing Hua Ban form (Elite Edition Set 8) to an international audience, solidifying their roles as key proponents of authentic Qigong practice. *(Link to video)*
Educational Initiatives
In September 2012, Fabrice and François launched the first Taiji Qigong Shibashi Teacher Training Program in Canada authorized by Professor Lin. This program has successfully trained numerous instructors, promoting the integrity and effectiveness of Taiji Qigong Shibashi throughout the country.
Online Training and Accessibility
Responding to growing international interest, Fabrice began offering private training sessions via video conferencing platforms. Through his online academy, Qigong18.online, he makes the profound benefits of Taiji Qigong Shibashi accessible to students worldwide, eliminating the barriers of distance and travel.
Mission and Vision
Fabrice is committed to promoting balance, energy, and well-being through the practice of Qigong and Chinese Medicine. His approach emphasizes authenticity, accessibility, and the integration of ancient wisdom with modern life.
